Our Senior Team Members

At Child’s Play Autism Centers, we want to make the most of your child’s life, as well as your family’s. And we think that experience is key to making that happen. This is why our staff is comprised of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts as your child’s assigned individualized clinician, along with an experienced Coordination support team that receives intensive ongoing direct training and supervision, several of which are BCBAs as well. All of Child’s Play’s staff is Safe Crisis Management certified and we are dedicated to supporting children on all levels of the spectrum. We also train and maintain all staff in American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED in-house with our certified trainers. We take pride in knowing each client and their families personally and are compassionate, receptive and competent in our work.

Jason Shaw

Director of Operations, Managing Member, Behavior Analyst

Jason is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and oversees business operations of Child’s Play. Additionally, he consults on life-skills, appropriate sexual behavior, problem behavior replacement, and clinic to school transitions. When requested, he consults with other clinics, assisting in organizational behavior management. He earned a master’s degree from Ball State University in Special Education, concentrating in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism, and comes from an extensive family of entrepreneurs. His current focus is integrating Child’s Play’s perspective on behavioral practices into other therapeutic services, working to expand the service model of Child’s Play and offer more to our clients, families, and community.

Jason has held a seat since 2015 on the Board of Directors for InPEAT, a state-wide nonprofit organization of a collection of the highest-quality of direct ABA providers, working with government agencies, insurance companies, regulators and parent advocacy groups. InPEAT strives to effort and affect relations and the methods payers use to authorize/deny services for children and to establish and raise standards for quality of care for our field in Indiana, and the region at large. InPEAT is currently working for licensure in Indiana for Behavior Analysts, and to establish local controls for quality of care and oversight for the applied usage of Behavior Analysis.

Rebecca Fulcher

Director of Clinical Programs, Behavior Analyst, CBIS

Rebecca is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over nine years of professional practice applying her skills. Becki is also proudly a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She holds a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL.

She completed her practicum supervision hours at Julia S. Molloy Education Center in Morton Grove, Illinois and has provided Applied Behavior Analysis services in Illinois, Tennessee, and Indiana for both adults and children with various disabilities.

Becki holds the responsibility of overseeing all scientific and clinical coordination across Child’s Play’s network of extended service programs. Rebecca is currently focusing on our growing expanded service model, organizing early developmental programs and other therapies, and their integration into behavior analysis. Rebecca has worked to develop relationships with local Universities to develop multiple internship programs, and more in the future.

After hours, Becki captains Child’s Play’s BACB supervision Groups, overseeing projects assigned that supplement individuals’ hours for their certification standards. These groups use case studies, school projects, and supplemental trainings to enhance and focus on key skill sets required to perform as scientific behavior analysts.

Aleta Hosier

Site Director, Fort Wayne Glenbrook

Aleta earned her master’s degree in child development from Erikson Institute in Chicago, IL, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Earlham College. Aleta oversees daily operations, staffing, and facilities at Child’s Play’s Fort Wayne Glenbrook location.

Site directors are client families’ main point of contact when when entering into the service model, and facilitate insurance and treatment plan coordination on an ongoing basis. She directs the efforts of the Program Coordination and Training teams, facilitating quality staffing and material needs of Fort Wayne clients as well as managing caseloads and standards of the Child’s Play staff. Having already earned a master’s degree in a complementary field, Aleta completed her certificate from Ball State University to qualify to apply for the BCaBA credential in the immediate future.

Aleta oversees Child’s Play’s internship programs with Purdue University Fort Wayne, and is currently participating in PFW’s mentorship program for Human Services, where she provides personal and professional guidance to a senior in their program.

Aleta has been with Child’s Play since its founding.

Laci Boxell

Site Director, First Aid Instructor, Huntington

Laci is a Registered Behavior Technician and earned her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and is currently preparing for her board exam for her BCBA credential. Site directors are client families’ main point of contact when when entering into the service model, and facilitate insurance and treatment plan coordination on an ongoing basis. Laci directs the efforts of the Program Coordination and Training teams, facilitating quality staffing and material needs of Huntington clients as well as managing caseloads and standards of the Child’s Play staff. Laci also fills the role of one of Child’s Play’s CPR/AED/First Aid Instructors.

Tiffany Shaw

Clinical Consultant, Behavior Analyst

Tiffany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and she earned a master’s degree from Ball State University in Special Education, concentrating in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. She works along with the clinical team consulting on client caseloads, and assists with Registered Behavior Technician oversight and certificate management.

Tiffany consults on early learners and verbal behavior acquisition, as well as increasing the speed of new skill development with young clientele.

Tiffany has been with Child’s Play since its founding.

David Sober

Clinical Consultant, Behavior Analyst

David is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and earned his Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University along with an undergraduate degree in speech-language pathology from Ball State University. David works along with the clinical team consulting on client caseloads, and assists with Registered Behavior Technician oversight and certificate management.

David has been with Child’s Play since its founding.

Mindy Fairchild

Program Coordinator & SCM Instructor, Behavior Analyst, Huntington

Mindy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and earned her Masters degree from Ball State University, with undergraduate work from Huntington University. She is responsible the implementation of clients’ programming plans and assisting client-assigned clinicians as a caseload assistant and Behavior Analyst.

Her day-to-day responsibilities include clinically targeting programming needs of our clients as well as managing caseloads of the Child’s Play staff. Mindy also assists as one of Child’s Play’s certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) instructors.

Mindy has been with Child’s Play since 2014.

Jordyn Furnish

Program Coordinator, Fort Wayne Glenbrook

Jordyn is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), having earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Indiana University. She is currently a student in Ball State’s Masters in ABA program, and preparing for her BCBA credential as an active participant in Child’s Play’s supervision program. Jordyn is responsible the implementation of clients’ programming plans, and also to ensure that complete and proper records exist for our BCBAs to make clinical decisions. Her day-to-day responsibilities include clinical target programming needs of Fort Wayne clients as well as managing caseloads of the Child’s Play staff.

Matt Swick

Training Coordinator, SCM Instructor, Fort Wayne Glenbrook

Matt is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and earned a degree in psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne, and uses that education to work one-on-one with clients working to develop their life and social skills in both clinical and natural environments, encouraging client independence. As Training Coordinator, he is responsible for directing training efforts, feedback, and staff reinforcement programs, and directly oversees all new staff training at assigned Child’s Play locations. Matt also assists as one of Child’s Play’s certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) instructors.

Allison Jack

Training Coordinator & First Aid Instructor, Huntington

With a bachelor’s of science in psychology from Indiana University East, Allison uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to help develop life and social skills through one-on-one therapy for her clients at Child’s Play. Allison is currently working on her certificate and supervision to qualify to take the BCaBA exam in the future. As Training Coordinator, she is responsible for directing training efforts, feedback, and staff reinforcement programs, and directly oversees all new staff training at assigned Child’s Play locations. Allison also assists as an American Red Cross CPR /First Aid/AED Instructor.

Ashley Stahl

Training Assistant, Fort Wayne Glenbrook

Ashley is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and earned her bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor in business, from Manchester University. She was also the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. She enjoys 1:1 interaction and working on social skills, watching the progression of skills in the natural environment and establishing and maintaining a passionate, energetic, and safe environment to provide ABA therapy for children. As a Training Assistant, Ashley works alongside the Training Coordinator to actively assist and facilitate growth and exceptionalism in the training and effectiveness of their staff.

Rachael Hope

Training Assistant, Huntington

Rachael is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Huntington University. She enjoys 1:1 interaction and working on social skills, watching the progression of skills in the natural environment As a Training Assistant, Rachael works alongside the Training Coordinator to actively assist and facilitate growth and exceptionalism in the training and effectiveness of their staff. Rachael is currently working towards a Masters in ABA through Ball State and preparing to sit for her BCBA credential in the future.

Devin Anderson

SCM Instructor, Registered Behavior Technician, Fort Wayne Glenbrook

Devin is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a minor in psychology from Indiana University. His day-to-day responsibilities include one-on-one behavioral therapy to Child’s Play clients and life skill training that promotes independent living. Devin assists in new hire training as one of Child’s Play’s certified Safe Crisis Management (SCM) instructors.
